Getting ready for Team ’26: How we at Warsaw Dynamics are preparing for Atlassian’s biggest Community Event

Every year, the global Atlassian community gathers for what is widely considered its most important event: Atlassian Team'26 . This year, the event takes place again in Anaheim, bringing together customers, partners, developers, and enthusiasts from all over the world who share a passion for collaboration, productivity, and innovation within the Atlassian ecosystem.

For companies building solutions in the Atlassian Marketplace, Team is more than just a conference - it’s where ideas are exchanged, relationships are strengthened, and the future of teamwork software takes shape. That’s why we at Warsaw Dynamics are incredibly excited to be part of this year’s event.

And yes - this year you’ll be able to find us at our very own booth!

Meet the team representing Warsaw Dynamics

Three members of our team will be attending Team'26, ready to meet the community, share ideas, and talk about how our apps help teams work better.

Teodora Vasileva

Teodora approaches every challenge with the belief that continuous improvement is the key to both personal growth and great teamwork. After years in the Atlassian ecosystem, she discovered her true passion in connecting people, improving processes, and shaping creative strategies around apps and solutions.

At Team’26, Teodora will be the person to talk to if you’re curious about the bigger picture: how teams collaborate, how processes evolve, and how innovation in the Atlassian ecosystem keeps pushing organizations forward.

Łukasz Kozłowski

With more than a decade of experience in sales, account management, and customer relationships, Łukasz brings deep industry insight and a genuine passion for helping teams succeed.

At our booth, he’ll be ready to discuss how organizations can unlock their full potential using Atlassian tools and Marketplace apps. Whether you want to talk about real-world use cases, scaling your processes, or simply improving team efficiency, Łukasz will happily dive into the conversation.

Teodora Vasileva

As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Warsaw Dynamics, Krzysztof combines strategic leadership with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of the apps we build. Over the years, he has been closely involved in shaping our solutions and turning ideas into practical tools that help teams work more efficiently within the Atlassian ecosystem.

At Atlassian Team'26, Krzysztof will be happy to talk about the technical side of our apps, explain how they work behind the scenes, and discuss opportunities for further improvements. If you enjoy diving into details, exploring new ideas, or simply chatting about how apps can make teamwork easier, he’ll be glad to connect.

How we’re preparing for Team'26

Preparing for an event like Atlassian Team'26 takes months of planning. Behind the scenes, there are many steps involved in making sure everything - from logistics to marketing materials - is ready before the first attendee walks into the expo hall.

Let’s take a closer look at how we’re getting ready for this year’s event.

Reviewing event guidelines and requirements

The first step in preparing for a major Atlassian conference is understanding the event framework for partners. Atlassian provides detailed guidelines covering booth requirements, marketing rules, deadlines, and logistical instructions.

We carefully review all the documentation to make sure we know exactly what needs to be delivered and when. This includes booth setup specifications, asset submission deadlines, and event participation requirements. Staying on top of these details early ensures that everything runs smoothly as the event approaches.

Submitting company information for the event platform

Another important task is providing all the necessary company information for the official event platform and partner listings.

This includes submitting updated logos, company descriptions, and key contact information. These materials help attendees discover us during the event, learn about our solutions, and easily connect with our team before or after visiting the booth.

Planning travel and accommodation

While the conference itself is the highlight, getting there as a team requires quite a bit of coordination, especially since our teammates are traveling from different countries.

We carefully plan flights, accommodation near the venue in Anaheim, and align arrival times to make sure everything runs smoothly from day one. On top of that, we also coordinate who brings what - from booth materials to event goodies - so nothing important gets left behind.

With everyone and everything in the right place, we can fully focus on what matters most during Atlassian Team'26: meeting people, sharing knowledge, and connecting with the Atlassian community.

Choosing our main product focus: Macro Pack

Each year, we choose one of our apps as the main topic at the event. For Team'26, we’re excited to focus on Macro Pack .

Macro Pack is designed to enhance the experience of working in Confluence by providing a powerful collection of macros that extend page functionality. With these additional building blocks, teams can create more dynamic documentation, organize information more clearly, and improve how knowledge is shared across their organizations.

If you work extensively with Confluence, the Macro Pack app opens up new possibilities for making your pages more interactive and structured.

Designing a booth that invites conversations

At an event like Atlassian Team'26, your booth needs to do more than just exist - it needs to stand out.

We’re working on a design that not only reflects our brand, but also catches attention from across the expo floor and encourages people to stop by. A key part of that is clearly highlighting our main focus this year - Macro Pack - so visitors can immediately see what we’re bringing to the table.

The goal is to create a space that sparks curiosity, draws people in, and naturally leads to conversations. Once you’re there, we want it to feel easy and comfortable to explore our apps, ask questions, and connect with the team, because the best interactions always start with that first moment of interest. Plus, we may have some fun surprise activities for you!

Creating practical and creative event swag

Conference swag is a long-standing tradition, but we wanted to think a little differently this year.

Instead of offering items that attendees may already have plenty of, like mugs or pens, we decided to focus on something more creative and practical. One of the items we’re preparing is a lightweight bag that can help attendees pack all the materials and swag they collect during the event.

It’s a simple idea, but one that can make the conference experience a bit easier. And of course, that’s not all. Stop by our booth to see what else we’ve prepared and pick something for yourself 😉

Preparing our whitepaper

For Team'26, our whitepaper is one of the most important pieces of content we prepare, not just for the booth, but for the entire event experience.

Once submitted and approved, it becomes part of the official event ecosystem. Attendees can find it in the event app and on the sponsor directory, where its content helps surface relevant partners based on what people are searching for.

The goal of the whitepaper is to go beyond a simple product introduction. It allows us to present real use cases, share insights, and show how our apps solve specific challenges teams face in their daily work. It’s also a great way for attendees to explore our solutions at their own pace, especially if they’re not ready to jump straight into a conversation at the booth.

And if you do come across our whitepaper this year, make sure to read it carefully - we might have included a small surprise there as well.

Introducing our mascot to the community

Team ‘26 will be a special moment for us - not just as a company, but also for our mascot.

For the very first time, JES will leave the virtual world and step into the real one… in a brand-new 3D-printed form. What started as a digital character will finally become something you can see (and maybe even meet!) in person.

Be prepared for the adventures of JES around our booth at the event. It’s our way of adding a bit more personality, creativity, and fun to the experience, so keep an eye out, because JES might be closer than you think.

Preparing informative leaflets about our apps

Sometimes the best takeaway from a booth is something simple and informative.

That’s why we’re preparing compact leaflets that give attendees a quick overview of our apps, their key features, and how they can help teams work more efficiently. These materials are perfect for anyone who wants to explore our solutions later or share them with colleagues.

See you at the event!

Preparing for Atlassian Team'26 is already an exciting journey for us, and we’re really looking forward to meeting the community in person.

If you’re attending the event in Anaheim, we’d love for you to stop by our booth, say hello to the team, discover our apps, and grab some of the goodies we’ve prepared.

We can’t wait to see you there! 🚀
